Presentation and Q&A runs from £1,250 to £2,500 depending on length, from one hour to two and a half. Half and full-day workshops run from £3,500 to £5,500. There's a 25% discount for pan-industry events, educational institutions, non-profits and trade bodies. Travel outside of London is not included in rates.

I typically walk through 20 to 30 AI tools in real depth with live demos, and reference another 30 to 40 alternatives. Full-day workshops include hands-on practicals on attendees' own laptops.
A four-week online course that teaches you to set up and run Claude Cowork for your own business. Four 90-minute live sessions covering workspace and context, custom skills, connectors and plugins, then scheduled tasks and automation, with homework and a weekly office hour. The October 2026 cohort is £1,249 plus VAT, roughly $1,649 in the US or €1,449 in the EU. Every session is recorded.
A done-for-you Claude Cowork build. I construct a complete, tailored AI workspace for your organisation: company context files, custom skills built around your real workflows, connectors to your key tools, any scheduled tasks, and a live handover that gets your team using it from day one. It runs over four to six weeks and starts from £7,500 plus VAT, scaled by scope.
The cohort teaches you to build your own Cowork setup over four weeks in a small group, at £1,249 plus VAT per seat. The Made-For-You consultancy is higher-touch: I build the whole thing for your organisation and hand it over ready to use, from £7,500 plus VAT. The cohort is for people who want to learn by doing. Made-For-You is for teams who want the result without the months of trial and error.

I'm a content professional who has built AI deeply into my own workflows and can show others how to do the same in their specific context.
